Challenge the Status Quo: Comfort in pushing boundaries and the drive to manage projects beyond just tracking their completion
Learner: Constant drive to learn new technologies and architectures such as Hadoop, various databases, mainframes, cloud strategies, and networking technologies
Partnership: The ability to work well with multiple organizations simultaneously and identify solutions that meet the needs of all stakeholders
Organization: Prepared to actively manage multiple projects and tasks, each with varying scopes and stakeholders and ensure the details are accounted for in a final solution
We do not expect that any single candidate would fulfill all of these characteristics. For instance, we have awesome team members who are really focused on building scalable systems but didn’t work with payments technology or web applications before joining Visa.
