Use automation and AI tools to scale personalized campaigns across segments and client populations, partnering with Product and Engineering on the data and integrations that make it possible. Run a disciplined testing roadmap (A/B and multivariate) across content, timing, and channel mix, and turn results into repeatable playbooks. Measure campaign and funnel performance, report on activation, utilization, and retention, and deliver data-driven recommendations to leadership. Partner with Product and Marketing leaders on go-to-market plans for new products and features launched to members. Collaborate with Content Marketing on educational and seasonal member content (e.g., open enrollment, year-end benefits reminders) that drives awareness and repeat utilization. Work with Client Success to tailor and co-brand engagement campaigns for employer clients and their benefits teams. Establish lifecycle marketing best practices, governance, and operating standards, including HIPAA-conscious data use and messaging compliance (e.g., CAN-SPAM, TCPA). A proven track record of improving activation, engagement, or retention metrics through segmentation, personalization, and experimentation. Strong analytical skills and experience with marketing analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Domo, Tableau); comfortable building dashboards and turning data into action.
