About the role and team
As a Senior Enterprise Partner Manager, you will be the primary architect of growth for Uber’s most strategic grocery and retail partners. You’ll operate at the intersection of commerce and technology, managing high-stakes relationships with C-level executives while leading a team of Account Coordinators to ensure flawless operational execution. This role is about moving the real world by transforming how traditional retailers adapt to the on-demand economy, requiring you to bridge the gap between digital strategy and physical retail logistics.
The environment is fast-moving, ambiguous, and high-pressure. You will navigate complex internal matrixes—collaborating with Product, Legal, and Operations—to unblock partner growth while simultaneously mentoring your team to thrive in a high-accountability culture. We are looking for a strategic leader with an "owner mindset" who can pivot from deep data analysis to high-level negotiation without missing a beat. If you are energized by the challenge of scaling a business unit that is redefining convenience, this is where you will grow.

Navigate internal complexity to advocate for partner needs, working cross-functionally with Product and Marketing to launch pilot programs and new product rollouts.
•
Build complex business models and leverage analytical tools to uncover insights that drive partner productivity and storefront optimization.
•
Drive operational excellence across your portfolio by identifying and resolving bottlenecks in assortment, pricing, and fulfillment.
