Job description

ABOUT REEVO: Reevo is a fast-growing startup at the forefront of AI-driven sales and revenue operations. Our mission is to simplify complex processes for mid-market and SMBs, enabling them to scale efficiently through intelligent, integrated platforms. The global sales platforms software market is projected to grow from $73.3 billion in 2025 to $221.6 billion by 2035, representing an 11.7% CAGR. AI, automation, and predictive analytics are identified as key growth drivers. However, sales orgs have bloated tech stacks ranging from 10 (sales org of ~25 people) to 20+ (sales org of ~250 people) different point solutions. Companies are looking to significantly simplify their tech stack and have it work for them instead of the other way around. Every sales tool claims to create an all-in-one revenue platform, but nobody is fulfilling that promise. This tech stack is costly and hinders sales productivity: - Productivity lost: when reps update CRM, it takes 2-4 hours / week through the help of UX tools - Revenue lost: CRM data is "garbage in, garbage out" and CRM's data visualization / drill-down capabilities are very poor. Visibility into what's working and what's not is very low. This means no predictive or real-time insights to guide executives in decision-making. - Software cost: adding tools that marginally help sales team productivity - Headcount cost: hiring Sales / Revenue Ops teams just to wrangle the tech stack and surface insights Reevo's vision: revolutionize sales by delivering revenue in a box: - All activities happen in an AI-native operating platform with features that help teams sell - Unified data layer that's context-rich - Form insights for coaching sales teams and making better strategic decisions THE ROLE: We're looking for a Product Lead to own the Find pillar, which is Reevo's prospecting and pipeline creation surface. You will define how modern GTM teams decide who to sell. Prospecting today is fragmented across data vendors, intent tools, enrichment platforms, and spreadsheets. Find collapses that stack into one surface, with sellers searching for companies and people that match their ICP, surface buying signals, and seamlessly convert prospects directly into CRM objects, workflows, and outreach. This role will own: - Prospecting data infrastructure (company and people data, enrichment waterfalls, coverage and match quality) - Intent and signal systems (funding, hiring, technographic, web, and product signals that tell teams who to pursue and when) - ICP and lookalike definition (turning a customer's best accounts into a repeatable definition of the next thousand) - AI-assisted research and list building (agentic account research that replaces hours of manual digging) - People and company search and discovery UX for go-to-market teams WHO YOU ARE: - Data-minded product thinker. You love problems where data quality, ranking, and UX all matter at once, and you know how to hold all three without losing the thread. - Prospecting domain experience. You've worked on prospecting platforms, sales intelligence, data enrichment, intent products, search/discovery surfaces, or data-heavy B2B products. - Fluent in data fundamentals. You understand entity resolution, data provider economics, match rates, signal freshness, and what separates usable intent data from noise. - Opinionated about discovery UX. You know how to make a seller trust a list they didn't build by hand, how to surface "why this account, why now," and how to keep precision high enough that the surface earns daily usage. - Sharp in ambiguity. You can turn a broad problem ("help customers find pipeline") into a clear roadmap with real prioritization instincts. - Technically fluent. You can reason about data pipelines, vendor APIs, and scoring models, and you're comfortable partnering closely with engineering and AI teams on architecture decisions. WHAT YOU'LL DO: - Drive the end-to-end strategy and roadmap for Find from data foundations to the discovery experience - Build and manage the enrichment layer: provider selection, waterfall logic, match quality, coverage benchmarks, and cost-per-record economics - Define the intent and signal architecture: which signals matter per segment, how they're scored, and how they trigger downstream action - Ship ICP modeling and lookalike discovery that turns a customer's closed-won history into a ranked universe of next-best accounts - Launch AI-assisted account research and list building that compresses hours of manual prospecting into minutes - Connect Find to the rest of Reevo: discovered accounts become CRM records, signals trigger workflows, lists feed outreach - Navigate data licensing, redistribution, and compliance constraints (GDPR, CCPA, provider ToS) as first-class product requirements - Drive adoption and prove pipeline impact: accounts discovered, signals acted on, pipeline created from Find WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR: - 6+ years of product management experience in B2B software - Experience driving data-intensive products (sales intelligence, enrichment, intent, search, or data platforms) - Strong technical fluency: comfortable discussing data pipelines, entity resolution, vendor APIs, and scoring tradeoffs - Proven ability to ship multi-surface platform features end-to-end - Deep customer empathy for both reps who live in the product daily and ops leaders who own data quality - High ownership, strong prioritization instincts, and comfort operating in ambiguity If you want to drive the front door of the revenue funnel shaping who every GTM team sells to next - this is your role. WHAT WE OFFER: - Compensation: A highly competitive base salary and transparent commission structure, and early-stage equity that aligns your success directly with the company's growth. - Comprehensive Benefits: Competitive health, dental, and vision coverage, generous paid time off (PTO), and other valuable perks designed to support your well being. - Growth & Development: Clearly defined career advancement paths, dedicated mentorship opportunities, and a strong commitment to investing in your continuous professional development and skill enhancement. - Dynamic Culture: Join a collaborative, innovative, and fast-paced work environment where your direct contributions have a tangible and immediate impact on the product, the sales strategy, and the overall company trajectory. Here at Reevo, we know the best ideas come from people with different experiences and perspectives. We welcome candidates from all backgrounds and are proud to be an equal opportunity employer. We do not discriminate based on any protected characteristic, and we’re happy to provide accommodations throughout the application process.
