Job description
A problem isn’t truly solved until it’s solved for all. That’s why Googlers build products that help create opportunities for everyone, whether down the street or across the globe. As a Technical Program Manager at Google, you’ll use your technical expertise to lead complex, multi-disciplinary projects from start to finish. You’ll work with stakeholders to plan requirements, identify risks, manage project schedules, and communicate clearly with cross-functional partners across the company. You're equally comfortable explaining your team's analyses and recommendations to executives as you are discussing the technical tradeoffs in product development with engineers.
The Compliance, Safety and Risk Management team (CSRM) is responsible for delivering and operating the safest, most secure, and resilient technical infrastructure through a comprehensive compliance, safety, and risk management program.
The EHS NPI team is dedicated to ensuring safety is built-in to new platforms and other products that enter our data centers. We ensure that safety and ergonomic risks are identified and mitigated for all touchpoints across the lifecycle for deployments in Google's data center environment. Our team is committed to enabling Google to lead the industry in keeping our people safe while remaining on the cutting edge of hardware development and deployment.
As an EHS NPI Technical Program Manager (TPM), you will proactively review product designs at all stages of development, identify potential safety hazards and ergonomic risks, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement effective mitigation measures. The primary objective is to minimize the risk of safety incidents and promote the well-being of end-users by integrating safety and ergonomic considerations into the product development lifecycle.
Individual pay is determined by factors including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
US: $163000 - $236000 (USD) + 15% bonus target + equity + benefits
