In this high-visibility role, you will champion our signature events, including the Kharon Global Summit, our industry-leading webinar series, and a dynamic portfolio of field events. This role offers a unique opportunity to approach every conference, roundtable, and webinar as a fully integrated campaign—defining the target audience, driving pre-program demand generation, managing live execution, and following through with structured post-program nurtures—rather than treating them as standalone logistics. QUALIFICATIONS: • 5+ years of experience in field marketing, with a strong track record of driving demand generation, pipeline, and brand awareness. • Prior experience in B2B tech, SaaS, data, intelligence, or risk-related sectors strongly preferred. • Experience owning a webinar and/or live event program end-to-end. • Demonstrated ability to operate independently, manage ambiguity, and deliver results without heavy oversight. • Comfortable acting as both strategic owner and hands-on executor, especially in lean or scaling environments. • Proven ability to prioritize effectively and execute across multiple initiatives simultaneously. • Experience managing marketing budgets and allocating resources with discipline and accountability. • Strong analytical skills, with experience measuring performance, assessing ROI, and translating insights into action. • Highly effective cross-functional collaborator, able to influence without authority and align diverse stakeholders. • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the judgment to adapt messaging across audiences. • Proficiency with Salesforce, HubSpot, and event/webinar platform like Zoom, and AI tools (Gemini, Claude, ChatGPT).
