About Augment
Logistics is broken. Let's fix it.
We are a team of engineers, product designers, and customer champions building Augie, Augment's AI teammate for supply chain. Augie reasons and acts like a seasoned operator, automating the busywork of quoting, dispatch, tracking, billing, and more for freight brokers, 3PLs, for-hire carriers, private fleets, and distributors.
Our team has scaled billion-dollar companies, built delightful products, and powered billions in commerce. If you thrive in fast-paced, high-impact environments and want to define how AI reshapes supply chain, apply today.
Overview
We're looking for a Director of Revenue Operations to be our first dedicated RevOps hire. Our sales leaders have built the early foundations of forecasting, comp, and territory planning, and you'll take ownership of them, turning them into scalable systems as we grow. You'll own CRM, forecasting, comp, reporting, and the processes that keep our Sales, Marketing, and CS teams running. This is a hands-on individual contributor role reporting to the VP of Sales.
Our GTM Motion
Our motion is outbound-led. SDRs prospect and qualify freight brokers, 3PLs, for-hire carriers, private fleets, and distributors before AEs run discovery and close. We sell across Commercial, Mid-Market, Enterprise, and Strategic segments, with six-figure ARR deals and buying committees that span operations, IT, and finance. Your forecasting, comp, and territory models will need to handle that complexity.
What You'll Do
• Own HubSpot CRM: architecture, data quality, workflow automation, and reporting infrastructure
• Build and maintain forecasting and pipeline management processes that hold up across long, multi-stakeholder sales cycles
• Design, administer, and optimize commission and comp plans for all GTM roles
• Partner with Sales, Marketing, Finance, and CS on GTM planning, quota setting, and territory design across our Commercial, Mid-Market, and Enterprise segments
• Build executive dashboards tracking pipeline, conversion, revenue, and GTM efficiency, plus the SDR and AE performance reporting that sales leaders use to coach their teams
• Drive process standardization and documentation across the sales org
• Own the GTM tech stack, including HubSpot, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and Seamless.ai, and evaluate new tooling as the org scales
What We're Looking For
• 4 to 7 years in Revenue Operations or Sales Operations at a B2B SaaS company, including time building processes and systems from scratch
• Deep CRM expertise. We're on HubSpot, and experience there is a strong plus
• Strong analytical and SQL/data skills, and comfort building reports and models from scratch
• Experience supporting GTM orgs through rapid scaling phases
• A systems thinker who spots process gaps and closes them fast
Bonus Points For
• Experience in logistics, freight, for-hire trucking, distribution, or supply chain tech
• Background in financial modeling or GTM planning
• Familiarity with tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Seamless.ai, Gong, Clay, or BI platforms
About Augment
At Augment, we set out to create a fully autonomous AI platform that streamlines operations and reclaims the human element in logistics. Our founders recognized a pattern: talented professionals were stuck handling manual data entry, phone calls, and repetitive tasks, instead of focusing on high-impact problem-solving and strategic decision-making.
That insight became our mission—to free logistics professionals from busywork so they can focus on what truly drives business growth. Augment isn’t just about efficiency; it’s about transforming an entire industry by empowering teams with AI-driven solutions that make logistics smarter, faster, and more adaptive.
