Assess the current state and build or modify analytical resources, tools, models, metrics, and methodologies to enhance decision-making support. This includes building ARR roll-forward models / snowballs detailing key movements and to better understand gross and net retention.
Review and assist with cash management including the development of monthly and 13-week cash flow forecasts.
Effectively transition solutions back to private equity portfolio companies.
Develop and maintain relationships with portfolio company representatives, collaborating with CrossCountry team members to scope, clarify, and deliver excellent client service.
Contribute to developing and implementing firm-approved, AI-enabled solutions for clients, in accordance with company policies on data protection, intellectual property, and professional standards.
