Strong operational discipline. Experience maintaining actionable roadmaps, proactively communicating priorities and progress, anticipating dependencies, and keeping complex, cross-functional initiatives organized and moving forward. Nice to Have Mentorship and product leadership. Experience mentoring other product managers, strengthening product practices, or improving how product teams operate. Product design and UX fluency. Strong product design instincts, with experience translating complex workflows and data into intuitive, user-friendly experiences. Modern, efficient ways of working.
