A client of Innova Solutions is immediately hiring for a Agile Data Product Owner Position type: Contract Duration: 12+ months Location: Charlotte, NC (Hybrid - 3 days onsite & 2 days WFH) As an Agile Data Product Owner you will: Job Description: • Serve as the business authority for a defined data product area. • Define, document, and prioritize software requirements. • Support SDLC deliverable approvals. • Develop and communicate product vision, priorities, goals, and strategy. • Partner with Product Management on strategy and roadmap alignment. • Establish and monitor goals, KPIs, and value measures. • Own and prioritize the product area backlog. • Ensure transparency of all work items. • Define features, user stories, business readiness stories, and acceptance criteria. • Refine backlog items into actionable and testable work. • Accept completed user stories. • Facilitate stakeholder collaboration. The ideal candidate will have: • Experience in Agile Product Ownership. • Data Product Management / Data Management. • Stakeholder Management. • Jira & Agile Delivery Tools. • Risk, Governance & Regulatory Compliance. Preferred Skills & Qualifications: • Agile certifications: • CSPO • PSPO • SAFe POPM • SAFe Agilist • PMI-ACP Experience with: • Enterprise data warehouses. • Cloud-based data platforms. • Reporting and analytics solutions. • Data governance programs. • Metadata management. • Data lineage. • Data quality capabilities. • Experience in highly regulated environments requiring compliance with risk, audit, policy, and regulatory requirements.
