Job description

We’re looking for a meticulous, focused, and self-motivated individual, passionate about automating workflows, including through GenAI and agentic tooling. You’ll partner with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities to improve their efficiency. You’ll join a team of engineers building scalable applications that help a large engineering organization ship higher-quality software, faster. You’ll design reliable, highly available applications, services, and platforms, with automation as the guiding goal. 8+ years of software development experience, with strong proficiency in Python or a similar language Demonstrated expertise in debugging complex systems Experience architecting and implementing large-scale distributed systems Proficiency in multiple programming languages Familiarity with application performance profiling and benchmarking Hands-on experience building applications or developer tooling that leverage GenAI technologies, such as LLM APIs, AI agents, retrieval-augmented generation (RAG), or the Model Context Protocol (MCP)
