Product and Service Delivery Lead

• Own the operational backbone of delivery, the instructors, content, and platforms, so every Agile Brains session simply works.
• What you'll own
• The contract instructor network: rates, contracts, scheduling, quality, and day-of support.
• The courseware library: one source of truth, current and complete, staged before every delivery.
• Virtual delivery platforms: Zoom setup and licensing, plus Teams, Webex, or client-hosted when required.
• Delivery readiness across the board, so no instructor walks in with stale or missing materials.
• 5+ years in B2B training delivery operations, program management, or training coordination at scale.
• Confident, hands-on GenAI skills in daily work.
• Deep understanding of virtual instructor-led training and the platforms that shape it.
• A working grasp of the contract instructor model, from sourcing to retention.
• Exceptional detail orientation, the kind that catches the outdated slide and the double-booked instructor first.
