As the leading AI Time platform for professional services firms, we’re transforming how organizations capture, analyze, and optimize their most valuable resource: time. Our proprietary machine learning technology automates work time capture and connects time data to business outcomes, enabling firms to increase profitability, improve client delivery, and make data-driven strategic decisions. We serve many of the world's largest accounting and law firms, including EY, Aprio, Crowell & Moring, and Frost Brown Todd, and process over 1 billion work activities annually that have never been collected and aggregated before Laurel’s AI Time platform. Our team comprises top talent in AI, product development, and engineering—innovative, humble, and forward-thinking professionals committed to redefining productivity in the knowledge economy. We're building solutions that empower workers to deliver twice the value in half the time, giving people more time to be creative and impactful. If you're passionate about transforming how people work and building a lasting company that explores the essence of time itself, we'd love to meet you. ABOUT THE ROLE Reporting to our Field Marketing Lead, you own the outcome of our three core campaigns —Legal, Accounting/Consulting, and Strategic (Big 4)—across North America. Field Marketing designs the customer journey and the campaign strategy; you bring it to life on the ground. You turn strategy into real touchpoints, events, and field activity that move buyers through the journey. You are accountable for how those campaigns perform in your region: you localize them, run them, partner with Sales to point them at the right accounts, and feed results back so the whole engine gets sharper. WHAT YOU'LL DO - Own the regional outcome of the three campaign verticals across North America, against the Field Marketing Lead's strategy. - Localize campaign content, assets, and experiences for the NA market and target accounts. - Plan and run field activity: regional events, account-based programs, and in-market touchpoints aligned to the journey. - Partner with sales in-region to align campaigns to pipeline priorities and target accounts. - Coordinate with Brand and Product Marketing so campaigns carry the right voice, narrative, and positioning. - Track campaign performance in-region and feed results back to Field Marketing and Growth & Analytics for optimization. WHAT YOU'LL OWN - NA regional outcome of all three campaign verticals - Regional campaign calendars and run-of-show - Localized campaign assets and field activations - Region-specific account-based marketing programs - In-region campaign performance reporting WHAT YOU BRING - 4+ years of B2B field marketing, campaign management, or integrated/regional marketing. - A track record of executing multi-channel campaigns and field events that drive pipeline in a defined region or set of accounts. - Experience planning and running events end to end: conferences, field dinners, account-based programs, and owned events. - Comfort working hand-in-hand with Sales on target accounts and pipeline priorities. - Strong project management: you can run multiple campaigns and events at once without dropping details. - Familiarity with account-based marketing and measuring campaign performance in-region. NICE TO HAVE - Experience marketing to professional services, legal, or financial enterprise buyers. - Experience supporting enterprise or account-based sales motions. - Familiarity with ABM platforms (e.g. 6sense), CRM, and marketing automation. - Willingness to travel within the region for events and field activity. WHO YOU ARE You are an operator who makes things happen in market. You like owning a number and a region, working shoulder-to-shoulder with Sales, and seeing your campaigns show up as real meetings and pipeline. You take a strategy and make it concrete, sweat the logistics so events run flawlessly, and stay close enough to the field to know what's actually working. You thrive in a high-growth, fast-paced environment and want clear ownership of outcomes. WHY JOIN LAUREL: - To date, we've secured significant funding from renowned venture capitalists (Google Ventures, IVP, Anthos, Upfront Ventures), as well as notable individuals like Marc Benioff, Gokul Rajaram, Kevin Weil, and Alexis Ohanian - A smart, fun, collaborative, and inclusive team - Great employee benefits, including equity and 401K - Bi-annual, in-person company off-sites, in unique locations, to grow and share time with the team - An opportunity to perform at your best while growing, making a meaningful impact on the company's trajectory, and embodying our core values: understanding your "why," dancing in the rain, being your whole self, and sanctifying time We encourage diverse perspectives and rigorous thinkers who aren't afraid to challenge the status quo. Laurel is an equal opportunity employer. All applicants will be considered for employment without attention to race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, veteran or disability status.
