We are seeking a Hardware Test Systems Development Engineer to design, develop, and implement comprehensive test solutions for satellite payload phased array antenna hardware design verification. This role requires expertise in analog/digital hardware systems and design, power design, and automated lab test development. The ideal candidate will enhance our hardware design engineering verification process, ensuring our phased array antenna hardware meets rigorous performance specifications for space applications. You should be comfortable with a high degree of ambiguity and have a drive to deliver results. You’ll have relentlessly high standards and be constantly looking for ways to improve. We are looking for individuals who want to reach beyond what is possible today. Everyone on the team needs to be entrepreneurial, wear many hats, and work in a highly collaborative environment.
