Reflexive Concepts is seeking a skilled Systems Engineer I to join our team! In this role, you will collaborate closely with customer stakeholders to support a closed system that spans multiple locations across Capabilities and Operations. The work centers on administering and automating Linux systems, keeping them aligned with the Agency's STE/STN security compliance requirements, and maintaining clear technical documentation for the environment. Qualifications: • Active TS/SCI + FS Polygraph • Bachelor's degree in System Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering Science, Engineering Management, or related discipline from an accredited college or university, plus seven (7) years of experience as a Systems Engineer in programs and contracts of similar scope, type, and complexity • Five (5) years of additional Systems Engineering experience may be substituted for a bachelor's degree. Required Skills + Experience : • Proficiency using the Linux CLI and Linux Tools • Demonstrated experience administering Linux systems • Experience developing automation scripts (Bash/Python) to streamline operational and maintenance tasks • Experience with the Agency's STE/STN security compliance requirements and the ability to ensure systems adhere to established policies • Familiar with basic Cisco switch configuration • Familiar with containerization technologies such as Docker, Podman, and containerd • Experience with creating, maintaining, and updating clear, accurate, and accessible technical documentation Desired Skills + Experience • Experience administering Windows systems • Experience with NetApp storage devices • Experience with virtualization technologies including vSphere/vCenter • Experience with the Atlassian Suite of Tools such as Jira and Confluence
