Job description

At Qualtrics, we create software the world’s best brands use to deliver exceptional frontline experiences, build high-performing teams, and design products people love. But we are more than a platform—we are the creators and stewards of the Experience Management category serving over 18K clients globally. Building a category takes grit, determination, and a disdain for convention—but most of all it requires close-knit, high-functioning teams with an unwavering dedication to serving our customers. When you join one of our teams, you’ll be part of a nimble group that’s empowered to set aggressive goals and move fast to achieve them. Strategic risks are encouraged and complex problems are solved together, by passing the microphone and iterating until the best solution comes to light. You won’t have to look to find growth opportunities—ready or not, they’ll find you. From retail to government to healthcare, we’re on a mission to bring humanity, connection, and empathy back to business. Join over 5,000 people across the globe who think that’s work worth doing. Email Marketing Manager Why We Have This Role Qualtrics is experiencing incredible growth through the delivery of an exceptional product, and world-class sales and marketing efforts. The Email Marketing Manager will focus on building high-performing email segments, executing rigorous deployment processes, and delivering excellence across assigned email campaigns. This role requires a detail-oriented, proactive email marketer who can manage the end-to-end campaign workflow, work at scale with global partners, and bring forward-thinking innovations and flawless execution to our data-driven email journeys. How You’ll Find Success Be a subject matter expert on your campaigns, using data to guide cross-functional teams toward effective email journeys. Project manage campaign requests to ensure timely delivery, smooth cross-functional coordination, and adherence to SLAs. Partner with Marketing Operations to ensure campaign strategies translate seamlessly into functional database segments. Collaborate with the global email strategy lead to test new concepts, share frontline insights, and help optimize broader email programs. How You’ll Grow As a member of our global marketing organization, you will be part of a diverse and inclusive community that values the voice of each individual. We strive for representation that reflects the world we live in and goes beyond it. You will have the opportunity to be a part of a team that upholds values such as transparency, whole-hearted commitment, customer obsession, unity, and resourcefulness. We encourage big-picture thinking and foster an environment that embraces innovation and creativity. You will have the freedom to flex your strategic and tactical skills, all within a fast-paced and high-growth setting. Things You’ll Do Manage the email campaign request workflow via Asana to prevent audience conflicts and rush errors. Review builds, troubleshoot design issues in Knak, sync assets, and schedule campaigns in Marketo. Perform rigorous QA on subject lines, pre-header text, CTAs, and overall structural compliance before deployment. Build and refine target audiences using lead-specific fields and account-specific intent data (e.g., 6sense). Consult with Demand Gen and Field Marketing to recommend effective email frameworks, such as event sequences or nurtures. Execute A/B tests and implement dynamic content to personalize emails for specific segments. Analyze and report on core performance metrics (open rates, CTR, conversions) to identify areas for improvement on your assigned campaigns. What We’re Looking For On Your Resume Minimum 3 years of hands-on email marketing experience (Marketo preferable). Strong project management skills with the ability to firmly but diplomatically ensure SLA adherence. Exceptional attention to detail—capable of immediately spotting a broken Marketo token, a missing link, or formatting errors. Understanding of how complex data (Salesforce, Marketo, intent data) informs audience segmentation and marketing influence. Strong analytical skills with experience translating metrics into actionable recommendations for stakeholders. Experience working within a matrixed organization with multiple teams (global, regional, demand gen, field marketing). Deep experience scheduling and launching emails in Marketo; Marketo Certification a plus. Proficiency with ecosystem tools like Knak, Litmus, and Opensense. Bachelor’s or master’s degree.
