Drive Workstreams End-to-End Drive workstream delivery end-to-end. Set ambitious but feasible milestones, sequence work to deliver value early, and unblock others proactively. Shape Direction Cross-Functionally Shape the direction of your product surface with cross-functional partners, and adjust your approach through pivots without losing momentum. Coach and Give Feedback Coach others on compounding their impact, give actionable feedback across workstreams, and advocate for strong candidates at the hiring bar. Build Leverage for the Team Build tools and systems that create structural leverage for the team, multiplying your impact well beyond your own workstream.
