Our Client, an IT Services and Consultant company, is looking for a Lead iOS Engineer for their Dearborn, MI location. Responsibilities: • Lead the design, architecture, and development of native iOS applications using Swift and Xcode. • Translate business requirements into scalable, secure, and user-focused mobile solutions. • Refine and manage product backlogs in Jira, including creating epics, user stories, and acceptance criteria. • Partner with product owners, business analysts, and stakeholders to convert complex requirements into actionable development plans. • Provide technical leadership through code reviews, mentoring, and best practice guidance. • Drive UI/UX consistency, accessibility, performance optimization, and maintainable application design. Requirements: • 7 years of experience in iOS mobile application development. • Strong expertise in Swift and Xcode. • Experience performing feasibility analysis and translating business requirements into technical backlogs and user stories. • Strong understanding of iOS architecture, secure coding practices, and mobile application lifecycle management. • Proven leadership and mentoring experience within Agile teams.
