Job description

About StatusNeo: StatusNeo is a global AI-native transformation firm helping enterprises design, engineer, and govern AI-led systems with trust at the core. We work with global enterprises across BFSI, retail, healthcare, airlines, and platform-driven industries to transform how software is built, operated, and scaled in an AI-first world. Our work is anchored in Authentic AI™ — an approach that treats AI not as a feature or experiment, but as a continuously evolving system that must be engineered with intent, accountability, and governance. At StatusNeo, we don’t just talk about AI transformation. We build it — across engineering platforms, AI-native SDLC, agentic systems, and enterprise operating models. ROLE MANDATE Lead the web experience for the Sales Command Center and work closely with the iOS engineering team to create a consistent cross-channel product. The application will provide sales users with a unified workspace that combines Dynamics 365 customer context, workflows, documents, insights and actions. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES • Build the Sales Command Center web application using React and TypeScript. • Develop reusable components and frontend architecture for complex enterprise sales journeys. • Translate UX and design-system specifications into production-grade experiences. • Integrate the frontend with BFFs and domain APIs rather than directly coupling the application to Dynamics 365. • Build role-based workspaces combining customer/relationship information, activities, documents, tasks, workflow state, insights and recommended actions. • Implement secure authentication and session management using Microsoft Entra ID. • Design robust loading, validation, empty, error and degraded-state experiences. • Ensure consistent experience patterns between the web application and React Native/iOS application. • Collaborate with the iOS engineer on shared API contracts, design patterns, navigation and journey behavior. • Own accessibility, product analytics, frontend telemetry, performance and automated UI testing. • Participate in sprint demos and client-facing engineering discussions. REQUIRED SKILLS • React • TypeScript / JavaScript • Modern React architecture and state management • Enterprise-scale responsive web applications • REST API integration • OAuth 2.0 / OIDC • Microsoft Entra ID • Design systems and component libraries • Accessibility / WCAG • Frontend performance engineering • Jest / React Testing Library / Playwright • Frontend observability and analytics • Azure-based application deployment • Working knowledge of React Native / iOS application patterns • Understanding of Dynamics 365 as a headless system of record PREFERRED EXPERIENCE • Sales, advisor or employee command-center applications • React Native exposure • Dynamics 365 / Dataverse exposure • Azure-hosted digital platforms • Financial-services or regulated-enterprise experience
