Ability to translate client requirements into appropriate RT-CDP configurations. • Knowledge of how RT-CDP works with AJO, Customer Journey Analytics (CJA), and Adobe Target, including shared data dependencies and activation use cases. • Strong client communication and workshop facilitation skills. Ability to translate business goals into technical requirements and explain design choices to business and technical audiences. • Ability to lead a delivery workstream, build trusted client relationships, mentor junior consultants, and adapt to changing requirements. • Ability to apply AI tools thoughtfully, review their outputs, and explain where human judgment is required.
