Participate throughout the solution lifecycle, including analysis, design, configuration, implementation, testing, deployment, training, and ongoing support.
Collaborate with investment professionals, traders, operations teams, product owners, project managers, developers, systems analysts, and quality assurance analysts to deliver effective solutions.
Ensure solution quality through hands-on testing and the implementation of appropriate validations, controls, and operational guardrails.
Take ownership of issues and requests through resolution, clearly communicating status, risks, dependencies, and outcomes to stakeholders.
Identify recurring issues and opportunities to improve application stability, supportability, data transparency, system integrations, and business workflows.
Support user training and knowledge transfer to promote effective application use and strengthen operational readiness.
