• Plan and orchestrate the execution of moderately complex information technology programs spanning multiple Agile Release Trains and Scrum teams, ensuring continuous alignment of all delivery activities to defined program scope, schedule, and budget constraints, and exercising independent professional judgment in resolving program-level conflicts and competing priorities
• Translate enterprise business vision and strategic objectives into actionable technical work by developing, maintaining, and communicating program roadmaps, release plans, and prioritized Program Backlogs in alignment with organizational goals and product strategy
• Track and monitor program milestones, deliverables, and key delivery metrics through the design and maintenance of real-time dashboards and reporting frameworks; synthesize findings into structured progress reports and risk assessments presented to both technical leadership and business stakeholders
• Identify, assess, and resolve cross-team dependencies, systemic risks, and impediments that disrupt the flow of program value delivery, applying independent judgment to determine and implement appropriate remediation strategies without day-to-day supervision
• Facilitate Program Increment (PI) Planning events, System Demos, Scrum of Scrums, and related Agile Release Train ceremonies to synchronize team priorities, establish delivery commitments, and maintain cross-functional alignment across Scrum and Product teams throughout each program increment
• Coach, guide, and mentor Scrum Masters, engineering teams, Product Owners, and business partners on Lean-Agile principles, Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) practices, and supporting tooling, with the goal of elevating overall program maturity and team-level Agile capability
• Drive enterprise-wide adoption, configuration, and governance of program management and portfolio visualization platforms, including Jira Align and related toolsets, to improve program transparency, delivery predictability, and end-to-end traceability of work items from feature to epic to portfolio level
• Align program-level strategy with technical execution by partnering closely with Product Management, Product Owners, and Solution Architects to evaluate and resolve architectural trade-offs, define feature sequencing, and ensure technical decisions reflect business priorities and constraints
• Lead Inspect and Adapt (I&A) workshops and structured problem-solving sessions to rigorously evaluate program performance against planned objectives, identify root causes of delivery gaps, and design and implement continuous improvement initiatives that enhance team velocity and delivery quality
• Establish and maintain collaborative governance frameworks across business, technical, and engineering stakeholder groups, enabling aligned cross-functional decision-making, consistent application of quality standards, and proactive escalation of program-level risks to executive leadership
