Job description

Join the CrossnoKaye Engineering Talent Community! Interested in working with the CrossnoKaye team but don’t see an opening that aligns with your experience right now? You’re in the right place! This posting is for our Engineering Talent Community, a place where you can share your information and let us know you’re interested in staying connected. At CrossnoKaye, we’re building technology that transforms how heavy industrial systems operate, bringing intelligence, visibility, and efficiency to environments that have historically been underserved by modern software. We combine best-in-class software engineering with advanced physics-based modeling and modern AI practices to solve complex, high-impact challenges. Our Software organization spans Software Engineering (Platform, Applications, UX, Control Systems, and Agent development) along with teams focused on Engineering Foundation (Reliability Enablement, Technical Strategy, and Production Excellence). Our tech stack includes Go (Golang), Python, React, and AWS, and time-series databases to process and gain insight from real-time data. We use Kubernetes, Docker, and Honeycomb to build and operate distributed systems that connect software directly to industrial hardware in the field. Together, these teams build and scale the systems that power our products - from core infrastructure to customer-facing applications used in real-world environments. If you’re excited about revolutionizing what state-of-the-art means in industrial control systems technology to tackle complex problems with real-world impact, we’d love to stay in touch. What happens when you apply? We’ll review your background and keep your information on file, noting your experience based on where you might be a strong fit across our Product team. You may even hear from us proactively if we see a strong potential match. Thank you for your interest in CrossnoKaye! We appreciate you taking the time to connect with us. We are an equal opportunity employer and we welcome applications from all backgrounds. We seek to build a diverse pool of applicants that will help to push our company forward. We believe that our true success will come from a diverse, dynamic, and inclusive environment. We seek and will consider all qualified candidates regardless of race, ancestry, color, gender identity or expression, sexual orientation, religion, national origin, citizenship, disability, Veteran status, marital status, or any other classification protected by law.
