Deep experience managing creative, media, production, and specialist agencies, including senior agency relationships, scopes of work, performance evaluation, and commercial negotiations. Strong media acumen across traditional and digital channels, including experience managing large media budgets and making portfolio-level investment decisions. Experience managing a portfolio of brands, products, business units, or markets and creating coherence across a complex enterprise. Strong financial and analytical skills, with the ability to connect brand and media investment to awareness, consideration, customer behavior, and commercial outcomes. Strong executive presence and the ability to influence CEOs, business leaders, product leaders, Finance, Sales, Legal, and external partners through crisp recommendations and practical decision frameworks.
