Technical Account Manager at Frame Security

Job description

Description Location: Remote (East coast preferred) About frame Security: Cyber threats have evolved to AI speed—legacy security training is dead. While old-school vendors push generic, tick-the-box videos, modern attacks are hyper-targeted, deepfake-driven, and evolving daily. At Frame Security, we’re setting a new standard. Our AI-native platform learns an organization’s unique DNA—its tech stack, policies, and real-world risk—to deploy personalized, hyper-realistic simulations in minutes. From developers practicing secure coding to finance teams defending against AI voice phishing, we build adaptive defense systems for modern teams. Why join us? We aren't building another static content library; we’re building the future of human defense against AI threats. If you want to solve hard problems and help shape a category-defining company, you belong here. Who are we looking for? We are looking for a technical powerhouse with zero ego to join us as a Technical Account Manager (TAM). This isn’t a standard sales TAM role—you’ll be our technical secret weapon across the entire customer journey. One day you’re partnering with Sales to crush a technical evaluation or Proof of Value (POV); the next, you’re live-troubleshooting with a prospect or partnering with Customer Success to ensure our enterprise customers get maximum value from Frame. You don’t need a cybersecurity background, but you do need rock-solid technical fundamentals, unstoppable curiosity, and a knack for translating complex tech into plain English. If you love jumping into the deep end to solve real problems—rather than trying to be the smartest person in the room—we want to talk to you. Key Responsibilities: • Troubleshoot live issues, lead technical workshops, and break down technical roadblocks. • Drive POVs & Deployment: Design, configure, and support customer POV environments and navigate deployment requirements (identity, SSO, email infrastructure, allowlisting). • Partner for Growth: Work closely with Sales, Customer Success, Product, and Engineering to deliver a seamless customer experience from demo to renewal. • Build for Scale: Turn recurring customer challenges into reusable documentation, playbooks, and insights for our Product and Engineering team s. Success Metrics: • Revenue closed • Customer renewals & expansion • Achievement of company revenue and retention goals Requirements Required Skills & Experience: • 2–5 years in a customer-facing technical role (Sales/Solutions Engineer, TAM, Customer Success Engineer, or similar). • Solid Tech Fundamentals: Hands-on experience with enterprise IT environments (identity management, SSO/SAML, Okta, Entra ID, domain/email infrastructure). • Grit & Curiosity: High comfort with ambiguity, quick learning, and troubleshooting live in front of customers. • Low Ego, High Energy: A strong bias for action, a collaborative spirit, and a calm, solutions-oriented presence. • Bonus Points: Experience in SaaS (cybersecurity is a nice-to-have, not a requirement). Benefits: • Medical, dental and vision insurance. • Monthly connectivity reimbursement. • Unlimited paid time off. • 401(K) Retirement Savings Plan. • Free daily on site lunch. • On site covered parking. Why frame: • High Impact: Build and own processes from start to finish that directly impact our product and customers, affecting millions of people. • Early-Stage Advantage: Join at the ground floor of a category-defining company. The decisions you make today will shape how the world thinks about Human Security tomorrow. • Built to Win: Frame is backed by world-class investors, operating in a market undergoing a fundamental shift, and has the right team and product. • Competitive Salary and Meaningful Equity: Our success is your success. Everyone has a meaningful stake in the company.
