Job description

Metaview is an AI company focused on recruiting. We build AI agents that help world-class companies hire with radically more speed and precision. We automate the toil, and augment the human for companies like Brex, Affirm, Deel, ElevenLabs, and Airtable. Founded by Siadhal linkedin.com and Shahriar linkedin.com after their experiences scaling Uber and Palantir, we’ve raised $110m from top-tier investors including Google Ventures and Insight Partners. It’s still day 0: Now is the time to re-engineer how work gets done with AI at the core, and our toughest challenges still lie ahead. We’re looking for people seeking the hardest, most fulfilling work of their lives. HOW WE WORK: Four principles guide us: - Velocity. Optimize for rate of learning. Take action, get feedback, get better. - Hospitality. Sweat the experience. Delight customers, candidates and colleagues, even when it’s inconvenient. - Transparency. Public unless private. Share context openly within the company so people and agents can take initiative. - End-to-end. Deliver outcomes, not tasks. Step beyond your job description and see the work through. THE ROLE: We’re looking for a Product Marketing Manager to sharpen how Metaview takes its products to market. You’ll turn customer, market, and product insight into clear positioning, compelling stories, and effective go-to-market programs. Working closely with Product, Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success, you’ll help customers understand the value of our AI agents and equip our teams to communicate it with precision. Key ownership areas: - Lead the positioning, messaging, and go-to-market strategy for new products and capabilities. - Plan and execute product launches in close partnership with Product and customer-facing teams. - Develop a deep understanding of customers, buyers, competitors, and the recruiting technology market. - Turn customer insight into clear narratives, case studies, sales collateral, and enablement materials. - Equip Sales and Customer Success with the knowledge and tools to communicate product value effectively. - Measure the impact of product marketing initiatives and continuously improve our approach. WHAT YOU BRING: - Experience owning product marketing for B2B technology products. - Strong product and technical fluency: you get hands-on, go deep on how things work, and can become the internal expert on the product. - Strong customer and market research skills, with the judgment to turn insight into action. - Business acumen and GTM instinct: you connect product decisions to ICP, competition, sales motion, adoption, and revenue. - Excellent writing and communication skills, paired with a high bar for craft. - High agency, low ego, and a bias toward action in fast-moving environments. WHAT WE OFFER: - High compensation, through cash and equity. - We'll pay for any AI tools & books/resources you need as part of your role. - Unlimited PTO. - A ramp card for your WFH setup and the freedom to buy lunch & dinner any time you're in the office. - The best co-workers you’ll ever have, in an environment that fosters cohesion, collaboration, and performance. - Supreme rate-of-learning as we re-orient how the world works with AI.
