What you´ll do • Collects and communicates data and basic observations to assigned Chemist/Scientist • Ensures high data quality, consistency, and reproducibility • Applies mathematical and statistical techniques relevant to adhesive product testing • Proactively identifies and drives laboratory and process improvements • Acts as an independent problem solver and process owner with minimal supervision • Conducts all R&D laboratory work in a safe manner including the use of proper Personal Protective Equipment (PPE), adherence to site safety practices, use of laboratory equipment, 5S, etc. • Comfortable with a variety of curing and dispensing equipment
