Guided by our mission to make the world’s health data secure, accessible and actionable, we provide critical data solutions for organizations across the healthcare ecosystem - including providers, health plans, researchers, and life sciences companies. By joining Datavant today, you’re stepping onto a driven and highly collaborative team that is passionate about creating transformative change in healthcare. We’re looking for a Marketing Specialist with a knack for operational excellence - someone who brings order to standard operating procedures, cross-format production support, and the knowledge systems that keep the team’s collateral and institutional knowledge organized and accessible. This role is responsible for documenting and maintaining how the team works, coordinating production of marketing assets across formats including video, one-pagers, and design collateral, and serving as the team’s go-to for Airtable, building and maintaining the systems that organize the team’s work, content, and knowledge management. This is an individual contributor role reporting into Life Sciences Marketing, with the opportunity to grow into additional marketing domains as the team scales. Key Responsibilities Process & SOPs: Maintain and continually refine standard operating procedures across the Life Sciences marketing team, documenting how work gets done and helping keep processes current and easy to follow as the team evolves. Production Support: Coordinate production of marketing assets across formats — video, one-pagers, decks, and other design collateral - partnering with designers, vendors, and content owners to keep projects on track and on-brand. Knowledge Management & Airtable: Serve as the team’s go-to for Airtable, building and maintaining bases, views, and automations that organize the team’s work, collateral, and institutional knowledge, and helping ensure information stays accurate and easy to find. Marketing Program Support: Contribute to broader marketing programs - campaigns, events, content, and lifecycle marketing - as a flexible generalist able to support multiple domains as priorities shift. Cross-Functional Coordination: Partner with marketing, design, and external vendors to align timelines, assets, and priorities across projects. What You Bring 2–4 years of marketing experience, ideally with exposure to marketing operations, production coordination, or content and asset management. Hands-on Airtable experience required - comfortable building bases, views, and automations, not only using existing ones. Strong process orientation and organizational instincts. Digitally savvy, with the ability to learn new tools quickly. A generalist mindset, with interest in growing a broad marketing skillset over time. Strong written communication and cross-functional coordination skills. Preferred Qualifications Experience in B2B SaaS, healthcare data, and/or life sciences companies. Familiarity with marketing operations or managing a broader marketing tech stack. Exposure to working closely with sales, product, or customer success teams.
