Our teams are builders, problem-solvers, and innovators committed to shaping the future of security. If you are excited to solve hard problems alongside talented, mission-driven people, we invite you to help us build a safer future for humanity. What Are We Looking For? We’re looking for people who are relentlessly curious and committed to continuous learning. AI is reshaping every function across our business, and we enable every team member, regardless of role or level, to build fluency in AI tools and concepts. Those who thrive here actively seek out new solutions, experiment thoughtfully, and apply what they learn to drive better, faster, smarter outcomes. As a Staff Solutions Architect, you will be tasked with working with prospects and customers to align their goals and requirements with SentinelOne's offerings. SentinelOne is seeking a security pre-sales engineer with expertise in the Endpoint Security (EDR), Gen AI Security, SIEM, and Threat Hunting space. We need a self-starter who excels in a high-paced environment, thrives on pitching a revolutionary technology to executives and security practitioners, and will play an instrumental role in accelerating our sales initiatives. What Will You Do? Primary responsibilities include: Work with sales partners to develop territory and account strategies and campaigns. Understand customer requirements as they relate to security architectures across data center, cloud, and enterprise environments. Track and document aspects of the sales cycle, including elements that are the primary responsibility of the Sales Engineer. Lead proof of concept and proof of value engagements. Prepare and lead technical presentations explaining how SentinelOne's products and services work. Secure orders, guarantee product standards, and assure product delivery. Recommend new and improved products to customers, explaining how the equipment will be more cost effective. Actively participate within the greater technical team, sharing experience and best practices. What Skills and Knowledge Will You Bring? Ideal candidates will have: 8 or more years of experience in cybersecurity, preferably endpoint cyber defense. Mastery of all SentinelOne technologies. Demonstrable experience in objection handling and positioning against competitive technologies. Demonstrable experience presenting to both small and large audiences. Concise written and oral communication skills to lead business and technical presentations, demonstrations, and conversations with executives and technical audiences. Demonstrable experience successfully selling to mid to large customers. Ability to provide first level technical support throughout the sales cycle, including supporting customers through implementation as the role transitions to a primarily pre-sales engineering focus. Basic knowledge of hacking and exploitation tools and methodologies, detection evasion techniques, notable malware, and anti-malware solutions and techniques. Willingness to travel up to 50 percent. Experience in computer forensics, security architecture, penetration testing, red teaming, or incident response is a plus. Why SentinelOne? AI is redefining how the world operates and rewriting the rules of security in real time, and SentinelOne was built for this moment.
