· Create and enhance metadata-driven migration frameworks that improve reusability, automation, and delivery efficiency.
· Design data quality, reconciliation, pre-validation, and post-validation reports to support migration readiness and business sign-off.
· Develop and support automated ingestion pipelines from structured and unstructured data sources including SAP, Salesforce, Oracle, SQL Server, APIs, XML, JSON, and flat files.
· Support all phases of data migration including design, build, testing, simulation, cutover, go-live, reconciliation, and hypercare.
· Analyze and resolve data migration issues through performance tuning, root cause analysis, debugging, and defect remediation.
· Partner with business stakeholders, functional consultants, architects, and project teams across multiple regions to deliver successful migration outcomes.
· Contribute to data harmonization, data governance, and AI-enabled data transformation initiatives leveraging modern cloud technologies.
We strive to provide flexibility wherever possible. Based on this role’s business requirements, this is a remote position open to qualified applicants in the United States. Regardless of your working arrangement, we are here to support a healthy work-life balance though our various wellbeing programs.
