Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or related technical field.
Proven experience (3+ years) in quality engineering within battery pack manufacturing or related industries (e.g., electronics, automotive).
Strong understanding of battery technologies, pack assembly processes, and safety standards.
Proficiency with quality management systems (QMS) such as ISO 9001.
Familiarity with statistical process control (SPC), root cause analysis tools (e.g., 8D, Fishbone), and quality improvement methodologies.
Experience with test equipment and data acquisition systems used in battery production.
Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
Knowledge of Arbin cyclers, Amada welding machines, or similar battery testing and assembly equipment is a plus.
Preferred Skills:
Certification in Quality Engineering (CQE) or Six Sigma Green/Black Belt.
Experience with battery cell screening, aging, and cycling.
