Job description

Who We Are At TimberHP , we're not just manufacturing wood fiber insulation, we're introducing an entirely new category of building material to North America. Our mission is rooted in innovation, environmental responsibility, and creating a workplace where people thrive. We're growing fast, and we're looking for driven, competitive sales professionals ready to grow with us. We believe in people-first values, and it shows in a culture that celebrates teamwork, ambition, and rewarding the people who go out and make things happen. The Opportunity (Looking to hire someone in the PA, MD, VA or NC area) This is a hunter's role, that also has a support team of technical services and business development initiatives. TimberHP wood fiber insulation is brand new to the North American market, widely used in Europe for decades, but virtually unknown here until now. That means untapped territory, wide-open relationships to build, and a product story that sells itself once builders, architects, and contractors see it in action. As our Territory Sales Manager for Philadelphia, Viriginia, or North Carolina you won't be simply maintaining someone else's book of business. You’ll be adding to it and building your own. You'll introduce the product, create the buzz, generate the demand, and turn curiosity into loyal, repeat customers. The territory is yours to build, and your paycheck reflects exactly what you put into it. • Hunting down and closing new business, identifying and developing relationships with owners/developers, builders, remodelers, general contractors, insulation contractors, architects/designers, and local trade associations • Driving profitable sales growth for your customers and for TimberHP • Creating demand from scratch, introducing a product that's new to North America and generating genuine excitement for it in your market • Building and executing your own territory business plan for your area (hiring for either PA, VA, NC, or MA) • Running product knowledge workshops, retail employee training, and individual sales calls using TimberHP's marketing and technical resources • Becoming the local expert on TimberHP products, building envelope performance, and thermal/sound performance trends in wood-framed construction • Staying sharp on state and municipal code requirements, and showing customers how TimberHP helps them meet and exceed them • Mastering pricing and shipping programs, including distributor and retail models, rebates, and first-time user incentives. Control Your Own Paycheck Your earning potential is in your hands. This role is built for someone who wants their income to reflect their effort, not a fixed number on a pay stub. The harder you hunt, the more doors you open, and the more demand you create, the more you earn. If you're the kind of person who's energized by uncapped upside and hates being told there's a ceiling, this is your seat. Requirements What You Bring to the Table • A true hunter mentality, you're energized by new territory, cold outreach, and closing deals, not just managing existing accounts • Expert time-management, organization, and follow-through skills • Excellent written and oral communication skills • A motivated self-starter with proven problem-solving skills • Strong negotiating and influencing skills • Comfort with professional public speaking • Experience with promotional activities (trade shows, dealer events, etc.) • Ability to work independently and take initiative with minimal direction • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite or similar software, plus experience with a CRM • Willingness to travel within or outside the territory, including overnight, as needed • Bachelor's degree preferred; knowledge of residential and light commercial building practices a plus • Previous sales experience in the building materials industry preferred Why You'll Love It Here • Base Salary + Generous Commission — your drive determines your paycheck (Base pay will be $!00,000-$120,000 based on experience) • A first-to-market product — be the person who brings something genuinely new and better to your market, not another commodity • Territory ownership — build your book of business your way • Amazing benefits — to help keep you healthy and being your best • Time off — because we believe in rejuvenation so you can come back refreshed and ready to hunt • A mission that matters — your work helps build a greener, more sustainable world • Career growth — we invest in our people and help them grow their skills Ready to Build the Future With Us? If you're a natural hunter who wants uncapped earning potential, the thrill of launching a product North America hasn't seen before, and a territory that's truly yours to build, apply today and become part of the TimberHP story. TimberHP provides equal employment opportunities (EEO) to all Team Members and applicants for employment without regard to race, color, religion, gender, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, age, disability, genetic information, marital status, amnesty, or status as a covered veteran in accordance with applicable federal, state, and local laws. TimberHP complies with applicable state and local laws governing nondiscrimination in employment in every location in which the company has facilities
