Responsibilities: Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing sales team by setting clear targets and growth expectations. Own the comprehensive sales P&L across all retail accounts, including pricing, margins, and trade spend. Drive relationships with major retail accounts by directing key buyer meetings and category reviews. Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing and supply chain teams to align forecasts and campaigns. Direct broker and distributor relationships to optimize retail shelf placement and market velocity. Qualifications: 7 to 10+ years of CPG retail sales experience with direct management of major national accounts. Proven success in optimizing account P&Ls, trade investments, and complex revenue forecasting. Demonstrated ability to develop sales teams while remaining actively engaged with key retail buyers. Ability to travel consistently for high-level account meetings and strategic business needs. Bonus Points: Experience successfully scaling a growing brand within the beauty or skincare sector.
