Reach is the industry's leading high-performance wireless power-at-a-distance company. Our wireless power changes electric power delivery in the same way that Wi-Fi changed data delivery. We built our system on state-of-the-art, patented technology, including high-efficiency power beaming circuits, network optimization algorithms, and adaptive electromagnetic surfaces, delivering a highly scalable, safe, and easy-to-use power platform. Our solution is ideally suited for manufacturing, government, energy, logistics, and retail. It provides flexible access to power where and when needed, streamlining device deployment and improving device performance. We have raised funding from top tier VC's and are continuing to build out our exceptional team to share our vision and solution with the world.
You will develop antennas and antenna arrays for Reach state-of-the-art wireless power delivery system. Your technical know-how and innovation skills are key to designing cutting-edge products in a fast-paced environment. You will work with other engineers to integrate antenna and antenna arrays in our system. This position requires hands-on experience and strong analytical skills to design, implement, test, and troubleshoot complex use cases of a complex, first-of-its kind system. It also requires experience in integration with complex software algorithms.

Reach - Who We Are
Born out of MIT, Reach is deeply rooted in technology and design. Reach started in a classroom, became a basement lab experiment, and eventually a startup. Since then, we’ve been busy building the industry’s first industrial-scale wireless power-at-a-distance solution. The Reach solution transforms the way the world will think about power distribution.
Much has changed since our early days, but our core philosophies are the same. Decisions are made quickly, meetings and politics are kept to a minimum, and everyone's work directly influences our product and company. We have weekly team lunches, quarterly offsite company events, and often spend time together outside of work bicycling, rock climbing, playing music, and hosting happy hours.
We highly value diversity at our company – in not only professional capabilities and experience, but also in personal interests, schools of thought, and walks of life. We prioritize inclusivity, and do not discriminate on the basis of race, religion, national origin, gender, sexual orientation, age, marital status, veteran status, or disability status.
