Job description

Spreetail propels brands to increase their ecommerce market share across the globe while improving their operational costs. Learn how we are building one of the fastest-growing ecommerce companies in history: www.spreetail.com . Work Your Way: At Spreetail, we believe in empowering our employees to work in the way that suits them best through our Work Your Way approach. Each team member has the flexibility to choose where they work most effectively each week—whether that's from home, a coffee shop, or the office. While flexibility is key, we also value the power of in-person connection. That’s why we bring our corporate team together in Lincoln each quarter for a week of intentional collaboration, team building, community engagement, and our All-Hands meeting. It’s the best of both worlds: the freedom to work your way, with meaningful opportunities to connect and grow together. Please scroll to the bottom of the job posting to confirm that your state qualifies for the Work Your Way program. Spreetail is seeking a Head of Enterprise FP&A to personally build and run company-wide planning. This is a hands-on, player-coach role for a builder who wants to be in the models, templates, and data every day, with one direct report to mentor and lean on rather than a large team to manage. Reporting to the VP of Finance & Data Management, you will own the AOP, Long-Range Planning (LRP), and enterprise consolidation processes end to end, designing the planning calendar, building the consolidation framework, and standardizing reporting yourself. You’ll serve as the connective tissue across finance, executive leadership, and operational teams, and this is a highly visible, high-impact role for a process-driven operator who thrives in complexity, drives cross-functional alignment, and isn’t afraid to hold senior stakeholders accountable. You’ll elevate FP&A from a reporting function to the backbone of strategic decision-making, building scalable systems that bring clarity, discipline, and speed to how we forecast, plan, and make decisions at scale. How you will achieve success: Own the full planning cycle, from AOP to reforecasts to LRP, and run it end to end with the project discipline, timelines, and executive-ready outputs that keep the whole company moving in sync. Pull inputs from every function and pressure-test them, setting the planning frameworks, assumptions, and milestones the business plans against. Build the single source of truth: one set of financial definitions and KPIs, and global consolidation and enterprise reporting that leadership can trust. Replace manual work with scalable systems, designing and documenting the planning and reporting processes yourself so they run faster and more clearly. Sit at the table with executive leadership, turning financial insight into decisions and holding stakeholders to their commitments. What experiences will help you in this role: 8+ years in FP&A, finance operations, or enterprise planning, ideally in a high-growth or complex environment where you’ve had to build structure rather than inherit it. A track record of running AOP and multi-year planning cycles end to end, from kickoff to final executive readout. The ability to align competing priorities across functions and keep teams moving toward the same plan. Advanced financial modeling skills, plus hands-on experience improving consolidation, reporting systems, and process rigor. Clear, confident communication and the influence to drive accountability at every level, from analysts to the executive team. In an effort to Make Spreetail Better, we hire people that are aligned with our values and are passionate about pursuing ecommerce excellence. We believe the right person can learn what is needed to succeed in their role, so we encourage job applicants to apply even if you don't meet all the qualifications listed. We are looking for diverse backgrounds and perspectives, so we don’t require college degrees and welcome non-linear career paths. If this role highlights your experience and gets you excited – please apply! What you can expect from us: • We provide the flexibility to take care of yourself. Spreetail operates in a work culture that promotes results and encourages taking time off when needed. In addition to a generous vacation policy, we also offer paid time-off for your wedding week, paid parental leave and support for parents of growing families. • We celebrate accomplishments. Each year at Spreetail is a milestone with the opportunity to receive special gifts, swag store credit, or donations to a nonprofit of your choice. We also recognize people pursuing impacts with Spreetail Spotlight Awards. • We care about your Health & Wellness. Spreetail works hard to enhance the employee experience through benefit programs and perks that provide meaningful support. We offer affordable medical, dental and vision plans with coast-to-coast coverage. We also provide free telehealth and on-demand mental health resources. • We create the opportunity to revolutionize your community. We encourage Spreetailers to give back and make a social impact, and we offer paid time off to do it. Spreetail is committed to a diverse and inclusive workplace.
