• Configure DuckCreek modules, including policy, billing, and claims, to meet business needs. • Perform User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and troubleshoot issues. • Proficiency in DuckCreek Author, Policy Admin System (Client), or other DuckCreek tools. • Experience with rating engines and integration points. • Malpractice Insurance Exp is Mandatory • Strong understanding of insurance workflows (policy, billing, claims). • Expertise in Agile/Scrum methodologies.
