Support solution development involving course access, content availability, platform configuration, and system integrations.
Stakeholder Engagement & Communication
Build collaborative relationships with business leaders, customers, functional experts, and technical teams.
Facilitate discussions that bring together different perspectives to analyze problems and develop shared solutions.
Communicate complex technical concepts in business terms and translate functional needs into actionable guidance for technical teams.
