• Works with stakeholders to understand business problem statements and convert them into user stories. • Establishes user story acceptance criteria, accepts user stories, refines stories with Scrum teams. • Reviews and provides feedback on test plans to ensure application changes meet acceptance criteria. •Creates Sprint Release Plans with input from development teams. • Applies Agile methods and processes to promote a disciplined project management process that encourages frequent inspection and adaptation of ongoing work product. • Lead cross-functional teams across engineering, operations, and data engineering to deliver end-to-end technology solutions, resolving ambiguity and driving clarity in program execution. • Communicate program progress, risks, and KPIs to executive stakeholders through regular reporting, driving informed decision-making on roadmap investment and resourcing. • Mentor cross-functional team members on Agile best practices and technical program management, contributing to a higher-performing, more autonomous delivery team. • Led the end-to-end program for native iOS and Android applications, user onboarding and adoption through coordinated cross-functional delivery. • Align platform features and program priorities with consumer personalization trends through continuous market discovery, telemetry monitoring, and rapid user testing loops. Minimum Education Requirement: This position requires minimum of Bachelor’s degree in computer science, computer information systems, information technology, or a combination of education and experience equating to the U.S. equivalent of a Bachelor’s degree in one of the aforementioned subjects.
