How You Embody Our Guiding Principles • Become an Expert: You pursue mastery of Pigment and planning best practices • Stay Curious: You are always learning, always asking “why” and “what if” • Be a Team Player: You succeed as a pod, not as an individual • Own Your Growth: You seek feedback and take on stretch assignments Argano is an equal opportunity employer.
