Use AI and automation to sharpen segmentation, personalize at scale, and surface customer insights. Lead and develop a team of product and lifecycle marketers, and build the frameworks and playbooks that let the team scale. Define and track KPIs across launch performance, adoption, pipeline influence, retention, and revenue impact. Highly analytical and AI-fluent, comfortable in dashboards, cohort analysis, and data-driven decision-making. Ability to influence executives and partner with cross-functional leaders. Excellent written and verbal communication, including building and delivering presentations that drive decisions. Experience with MarTech across CRM, AI, and in-app tools (e.g., HubSpot, Claude, Pendo). Bonus: familiarity with the home services industry, from SMB to Enterprise. Superpowers Customer Obsession. Every message, launch, and campaign starts with the contractor. You dig into research, talk to customers, and make sure their voice shapes how we build, position, and sell JobNimbus. You know what's working and what isn't, for yourself and your team. You seek feedback, learn from every launch, and turn lessons into a sharper playbook. Proactive Learning. You stay ahead of the market, our competitors, and the latest in AI and MarTech. The deeper you understand contractors and the industry, the better you can tell our story. Team Commitment. Great product marketing is a team sport. You collaborate across Product, Sales, CX, and Marketing, following the Bowtie Model, so every stage of the customer journey drives adoption, retention, and growth.
