Build trusted relationships with dealer owners, purchasing decision makers, sales teams, and designers; earn greater customer loyalty, expand brand placements, and increase share of wallet
Train and support dealer personnel on Cabinetworks Group brands and programs; lead new-dealer onboarding from account approval through initial orders and repeat business
Proactively resolve field warranty and product issues in partnership with customer service, dealers, and distributors while maintaining focus on territory growth
Take personal ownership of territory results, execute against growth objectives, deliver on commitments, and take corrective action when performance falls short

Strong cabinet product and dealer-channel knowledge, or established dealer relationships supported by relevant building-products sales experience
Ability to prospect independently, secure meetings with decision makers, handle objections, and ask for the business
Proven ability to manage a territory, maintain a sales pipeline, and deliver measurable growth
Highly self-motivated, competitive, and results-oriented, with demonstrated ambition to exceed sales expectations
Persistent and resilient in prospecting, overcoming objections, responding to rejection, and pursuing competitive conversions
Strong personal accountability, sense of urgency, and consistent follow-through on commitments
Demonstrated coachability, openness to feedback, and commitment to continuous improvement
