Strong financial acumen, including budget ownership, forecasting, investment modeling, and data-driven allocation of spend across channels. Strong analytical judgment and experience translating attribution, customer journey, and campaign performance data into actionable investment decisions. Demonstrated ability to assess and improve campaign structure, channel strategy, and creative performance through rigorous testing and rapid iteration. Strong creative judgment, with experience partnering with Brand and Design teams to develop and optimize performance-oriented static and video advertising. Experience leading and developing high-performing teams, with a hands-on leadership style and the ability to scale execution without unnecessary organizational complexity. A curious, action-oriented approach to problem-solving, with a track record of challenging existing strategies, making decisions with imperfect information, and executing quickly. Bonus points Experience scaling performance marketing in both high-volume B2C or product-led growth (PLG) environments and B2B, sales-led businesses.
