Requirements • 3 - 5 years of experience in data analysis or a related field. • Advanced Power BI development skills. • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and SQL. • Strong data visualization and statistical analysis capabilities. • Excellent communication and presentation skills. Preferences • Experience with Salesforce, Data Lakes, JIRA, SNOW, and IAM Power BI. • Knowledge of support operations, ticketing systems, and service management processes.
