ABOUT THE ROLE
We are looking for a driven Commercial Sales Manager at Tech24 to generate new business, grow existing accounts, and drive profitable revenue growth across the Northeast region. This territory runs from the Boston area down through the Philadelphia and Newark, Delaware corridor, primarily supporting our Total Tech, Commercial Kitchen Repairs, and AmeriCold and other Tech 24 locations.
This is a true hunter role. Several centers in this territory have not had a dedicated sales resource driving new business, so the right candidate will need to build the pipeline from the ground up rather than rely on inbound referrals. You will have the flexibility to pursue business across local, regional, and national accounts while partnering closely with operations to ensure strong service delivery.
WHY JOIN US?
• Base salary of $125,000 plus uncapped commission
• High-impact role with strong earning potential
• Opportunity to grow and expand across multiple markets in the Northeast
• Collaborative and fast-paced environment
• Direct impact on company growth and success
• Full-time position with flexible, field-based schedule
• Travel as needed to support business development throughout the region
• High earning potential based on performance
WHAT YOU'LL DO
• Drive new business through cold calling, prospecting, networking, and relationship building
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline in Salesforce
• Consistently meet or exceed revenue and margin targets
• Grow existing accounts through upselling and cross-selling
• Develop relationships with key decision-makers
• Identify and pursue multi-location and national opportunities
• Partner with operations across the Northeast region to ensure service delivery meets expectations
• Support resolution of service issues impacting customer satisfaction
• Represent the company professionally in the field across the Boston to Philadelphia corridor
• Build referral networks and industry partnerships
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
Must-Have:
• 5+ years of B2B sales experience
• Proven ability to build and grow a book of business, ideally from the ground up
• Strong hunter mentality with a drive for new business
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively across a multi-state territory
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Valid driver's license and willingness to travel throughout the Northeast region
Nice-to-Have:
• Experience in service-based or field service industries
• Experience working across multiple markets or regions
• Familiarity with Salesforce or CRM systems
WHAT SUCCESS LOOKS LIKE
• Consistent pipeline growth and deal flow across the Northeast territory
• Meeting or exceeding revenue and margin targets
• Growth of existing accounts and expansion into new opportunities, particularly in markets that have relied heavily on a small number of large customers
• Strong relationships with customers and internal teams, including center leadership across Total Tech, Commercial Kitchen Repairs, and AmeriCold
• Development of a sustainable and growing book of business
