Our mission is simple: to improve healthcare access by meeting patients where they are and building trusted relationships within the communities we serve. We are rapidly expanding and are seeking mission-driven professionals who thrive in fast-paced, people-centered environments. We Lead with Love in Everything We Do. About the Role Matter Health is seeking a hands-on, mission-driven AI Automation Workflow Specialist to join our Information Technology team. This is a building and operational role—not a platform architecture or people management position. This role is ideal for someone who learns new AI tools quickly, enjoys partnering with non-technical teams to solve real problems, and is excited about applying emerging AI capabilities in service of a genuine mission. This position reports to the Chief Technology Officer. This is a fully remote role with up to 10% travel for occasional in-person meetings or team offsites.
