Job Title: Google Dialogflow Developer (Voice & Chat) Location: Remote (U.S.) Employment Type: Contract (W2 through ZipStaff — No C2C or 1099) About the Opportunity: ZipStaff is seeking a Google Dialogflow Developer to support a short-term conversational AI modernization for a global technology services firm in Health & Public Service. You will lead the technical migration of existing chatbot assets from Google Dialogflow to Google Conversational Agents (GECX), configure the target platform, and support production deployment. This is a hands-on migration seat, not a long-term product role. What You’ll Do: • Lead the migration of existing chatbot assets from Google Dialogflow to Google Conversational Agents (GECX). • Develop, configure, and optimize custom chatbot and voice functionality on the GECX platform. • Participate in technical design reviews, solution planning, and architecture discussions. • Troubleshoot chatbot flows, functionality, and integration issues during migration and testing. • Support deployment, user acceptance testing, production readiness, and technical documentation. Required Qualifications: • Bachelor’s degree or higher (required). • 3–5 years hands-on Google Dialogflow experience, including development, configuration, and migration toward Google Conversational Agents (GECX). • 3–5 years custom application development, including API integrations and backend logic. • 3–5 years participating in technical design reviews and architectural planning. • Strong troubleshooting of conversational flows and integrations. • Available for a short-term (~9–10 week) engagement with no extension. • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship now or in the future. Preferred Qualifications: • Health & Public Service or public sector experience. • Modern conversational AI testing and debugging. • Voice and chat interface optimization.
