It's a lead-level role with no direct reports, with occasional travel between our Ontario sites. Key tech: Microsoft Defender, Teams Phone (Direct Routing, call queues, E911) Note: We're planning to onboard an external MSP this year for first-response support and after-hours monitoring; you'll be the internal technical lead and escalation point. ABOUT YOU You're a Senior IT Generalist with deep roots in systems administration, equally comfortable in an ERP workflow, a network dashboard, and a Microsoft 365 tenant.
