Product at Uber means making big decisions without perfect information—and owning the outcomes. • Bridge the Gap: Effectively communicate complex strategy and growth plans to diverse stakeholders, from business audiences to C-level executives.
• Think Boldly: Challenge your cross-functional team of Engineers, Data Scientists, and Designers to think beyond the status quo and channel that energy into concrete action.
• Global Collaboration: Partner with Business Development and regional leaders to evaluate vital data acquisition partnerships on a global scale.
What You’ll Need
• Quantitative Foundation: Ph.D., M.S., or Bachelor’s degree in Math, Economics, Statistics, Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related quantitative field.
• Leadership Experience: Minimum of 10 years of experience, including 5 years of leading other leaders.
• Proven Track Record: 10+ years of product management experience with a history of delivering successful 0-to-1 products.

• Industry Leadership: Experience working on large-scope advertiser experience or overall advertising optimization initiatives
• Strategic Vision: Ability to craft a multi-year strategy and coherent roadmap that the business and technical teams rally behind.
• Data-Savvy Mindset: Experience using data to make hard decisions quickly without falling into analysis paralysis.

• Cross-Functional Mastery: Consistent track record of linking technical development issues to broader P&L and operational goals in a matrixed organization.
• Resilient Leadership: Ability to thrive in a collaborative environment while inspiring others to the highest standards through leading by example.
