Job description

Ready to launch your sales career and help people regain financial freedom? At Century, we empower clients to break free from overwhelming debt while building rewarding careers for our team. If you're driven, coachable, and thrive in a fast-paced environment, this is your chance to grow with us. Coming from another field? Many of our top producers built successful careers elsewhere before joining Century. The Sales Development Representative (SDR) plays a critical role in Century's mission to help individuals overcome financial hardship and achieve long-term stability. SDRs act as the first point of contact for prospective clients, building trust, gathering essential financial details, and preparing comprehensive analyses for our Financial Consultants. SDRs handle all of the qualifying, so our Financial Consultants can focus entirely on closing. Growth: Every Financial Consultant on our floor started as an SDR, and every manager was a top producer. We only fill management roles from within. Top SDRs earn around $110K, and top Financial Consultants earn $225K+. Culture & Incentive s: There's always at least one incentive running on our floor, and often two or three at once. Recent ones include a yearly Vegas trip, a Cabo trip, Omega Speedmaster watches, a monthly Top Guns dinner, PS5 Pros, OLED TVs, iPhones, cash flash spiffs, tickets to sporting events, and team competitions for paid outings. Benefits: Industry leading benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance (nearly 100% employer contribution!), PTO, sick time, rewards, 401K, commuter savings program, company happy hours and parties, weekly catered lunch, and more!
