Required Qualifications • Meet an applicable education and experience pathway in the equivalency section. • At least 4 years of ServiceNow development and scripting experience (JavaScript, Glide APIs, HTML, XML), with deep proficiency in Flow Designer, IntegrationHub, and API integrations. • Strong expertise in ITAM (SAM/HAM) and ITOM (CMDB, Discovery, Service Mapping) modules. • Proven experience in large-scale ServiceNow implementations and platform governance. • Your ability to write clean code, establish modern API integrations, and leverage ServiceNow out-of-the-box capabilities is vital to delivering secure, efficient, and user-centric solutions that directly support DAF mission readiness and day-to-day operations.
